I’m home from a quick trip to London to visit my daughter for a few hours before having fun at the Boldwood Books Summer Party.
I had a wonderful time catching up with old friends, meeting many new ones – thanks to one of them, author Tracy Baines for these photos of me with her and Maddie Please – as well as meeting the fabulous Boldwood team including the amazing Boldwood CEO Amanda Ridout, my lovely Boldwood editor Tara Loder and even my previous editor for my Mrs Boots series, Emily Ruston for the first time IRL. The event was held at Fulham Palace which was an amazing setting and the weather was perfect. An evening to remember.
