Having been a book reviewer for Novelicious for seven years while bringing up two children, working and writing my own book, I know how difficult it is to fit everything in to each day. I therefore always appreciate it when bloggers and reviewers take the time to read and then review my book, especially when it’s a review that is as fabulous as this one by Kraftireader.
Publication Day is exciting, but it’s also terrifying because the book that you’ve researched, fretted over, written approximately 90k words on and edited various times probably only sharing it with your editor and publisher, is now out into the world for everyone to read, should they choose to, It’s also available for readers to either love, or criticise, and so, when a reviewer like Kraftireader enjoys your book enough to give it five stars and a quote such as ‘A captivating historical novel that would make perfect Sunday evening TV’ it’s something that makes my day, and probably my week.
